Harvest has started!

Hello Friends,

Harvest officially started for us yesterday. We brought in two tons of perfectly ripe Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir.  It is always dicey firing up the equipment that has been resting for nine months, and you never know what problems you will uncover.  This week, we just had to replace our pH meter, so I'm feeling pretty lucky!!

This week our TGIF wine is the 2021 Tempranillo from Adobe Canyon Vineyard. I love this wine for its amazing versatility.  It pairs seamlessly with all kinds of cuisine and it can be both on the light side as well as a full-bodied glass of wine.  TGIF=$30/bottle for members only.
